Things that make me smile #2
I just want to do art projects
So recently, I've been wanting to do nothing but sit and take the time to make something. As of yet, I have not been able to do that, but I feel the time is fast approaching! My creative juices are starting to flow and it is making me antsy!
1. Make a clock---well basically make a very cheap clock look cool (say that last part three times fast)
2. Make this---(a cross-stitch necklace) 3. Create an encouraging banner and take a way cool picture of it....like this...Just to name a few.

The worms are dead :(
I know the title sounds a bit morbid, but it's true. Spring, as well as all the little worms who decided to come out of their hiding places, have been deceived. Winter decided the vengeance it has on Logan isn't over yet. It is snowing and April is only 6 days away!!! Geeze.
On CNN this morning, I found an article about a recent interview Steve Harvey had on Oprah. He has recently written a book Act Like a Lady, Think Like a Man that is basically telling women to step it up, stop acting like you are desperate, and if you want to find 'the right person' keep your values and morals where YOU want them to be. It's pretty interesting. Check it out.

Things that make me smile #1
Yo
I was able to celebrate the First Day of Spring by going to Adams park and swinging!! Life was pretty good at that moment. :D Erin, Casey, and Mel went as well.
Spring was here for two days and realized it already needed to take a break because there is a dust of snow on the ground this morning. boo! Hopefully, it will melt quickly though!
I found this little poster on someone else's blog and it brought a smile to my face.
I think there are people out there who are afraid to be creative. Enjoy life and do something different every once in a while, ok?

celebrate!
HAPPY ST. Patrick's Day! I hope everyone wears green, follows a leprechaun to the end of a rainbow and gets a bot of gold....or at least some Lucky Charms!
Spring, will you chase away the winter please?
Friday, March 20th, is the FIRST DAY OF SPRING!! I really hope that means winter is over. No more snow, no more moments when I can't feel my toes, no more nose being frozen. I'm ready for flipflops and lighter jackets!!
So please, Spring, be here for the next three months before it is Summers turn. Thanks.

Pay It Forward
There are times at work when I want to ask a patron "Where is your brain?" because they can act so inconsiderate and mean. Then sometimes you are pleasantly surprised. Today a patron helped pay for another patron's books. I love those moments. To be surprised.
