photoshop, PHOTOSHOP!

My favorite class right now would have to be PhotoShop. I love it. Unfortunately, my 30 day-free trial period is practically over. :( However. I want to show you one of my favorite things to have done in the class and that is making a photo look more like it was painted.

I also wish I could take credit for taking this picture, but now. I just like to manipulate things. .

cool, huh?

Kings. Of. Convenience.

I heard this song for the first time today and can't get enough of it. I need their music!

nice shoes, flowy dresses, red lipstick.

So lately I've been posting a lot of videos. I swear I'm not sitting at the computer, watching YouTube videos all the time. However, this is a worthy video. Over the summer, I had a lot of fun watching So You Think You Can Dance with my mom. My mom keeps telling me how awesome the group dance was last Tuesday (10/26); lo and behold, I found it on YouTube. The first minute and a half is an explanation of the dance, so at about 1:15 the actual dance begins! Sometimes, I REALLY think I was born in the wrong era.

Stay Cool....

I do not watch Flight of the Conchords very often, just little snippets here and there. Well, my roommate showed me this lovely number and I was laughing so hard!

Stay Cool!

Things that make me smile #9

#9 Cameras/photography

From the time I was a little kid, I loved playing with cameras. My dad gave me his 1 megapixel digital camera when I was 11 and that was the beginning of the end. With that lovely camera, I had school and family pictures for all my Barbies. When my mom saw the photographs, she wanted to send the pictures in to Mattel(which was really cool; but at the time I was 11, and most girls stopped playing with Barbies by 8 in my town). I have loved cameras ever since.

As of late, Urban Outfitters has been selling some really cool fun cameras. Unfortunately, they are a little pricey for plastic :( but still really cool.
