The snow must go...ALL OF IT!

This morning I woke up to snow! It was snowing when I went to bed last night, too. I understand that it is good for Utah to receive so much snow; but these are the times that I wished I lived in a warmer climate. I wish I could just curl up in a blanket at home with a good book or a movie and some hot chocolate. To my dismay, I'm sitting up on campus working/ doing homework until later this afternoon.

On the upside, it looks prettier outside now than it did this time yesterday.

Who want's to be Right as the Rain?

I think I say "hey, how's it goin'?" Way too much. I have become a creature of habit, shoot!

The weather has been nuts the last day and a half. For the first time ever, I experienced freezing rain. freezing rain=DANGER!! To all those who have had to embark out into the cold, I hope you do not fall, or get hurt.

Tonight I'm going to see ADELE!!!! I am stoked! It was a Christmas present for my sister to get tickets. And now two of my other friends are going as well! OH man I'm excited...

internships and etsy

After talking with a friend about getting an internship, I have been looking. I have found six, yeah that's right SIX that I'm going to apply for and see what happens. The one that I really, really, REALLY want is for a non-profit organization in Washington, DC. Who knows if I even have a chance; but just by applying I'm improving those chances, right?

I've also become a little obsessed at looking at Etsy on Friday mornings. Here are some things that, if I had money, I would buy...

Martin Luther King, Jr.

Today we celebrate the life and impact Martin Luther King, Jr. had on America. He reminds us of what it truly means to be an American and fight for the rights and freedoms we now have in this beautiful country. For him, I am so grateful.

It's great to be an American

life

Life in Logan is pretty swell.

I mentioned I was going to put up pictures of Logan, or at least my life because of living here; for it would have turned out differently if I had not chosen to come up to school at Utah State....

Happy 2009!

Life seems to get the best of me. So I apologize for not being consistent at writing on the blog.

After much consideration (more like after sitting in the same place for 4 hours), I have decided that with my hopefully last year living in Logan that I am going to capture the city with my camera. Logan has been one of my favorite places to live. It isn't exactly tiny, but it is not as big as Elk Grove, either. There is charm to Cache Valley and I want to remember it. So if you see me holding a camera and looking really focused...that just means you will probably be in a really good picture!
